Michael DiPaolo brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance including nine years as Corporate Controller for a $250M residential/commercial builder. He has also been in charge of corporate accounting and financial operations for a large insurance agency and distribution company.

With a diverse background in several industries, Michael has accumulated many areas of expertise including expense management, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, banking relationships including credit line negotiations, human resources management, and commercial insurance.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in both Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. Mike is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.
